CleanFix Repairs is a sole-trader appliance repair business operating across the Isle of Man / IOM (Onchan, Douglas, Ramsey, Peel, Castletown, Port Erin, Port St Mary, Laxey and surrounding villages). Repairs and full vacuum servicing are carried out for most domestic vacuum cleaner brands including Dyson, Henry / Numatic, Miele, Vax, Bosch, Hoover, Sebo and AEG. Cordless and stick vacuums (including Dyson V-series) are accepted — battery health checks and replacements available. Shark vacuums are accepted for mechanical issues only — Shark electrical faults are no longer taken on. The business has a 100% positive recommendation rate on its Facebook page and operates by appointment, 7 days a week including evenings.

The preferred contact channels are WhatsApp and email; phone calls are not actively solicited. Sending a photo of the fault helps with a quick initial diagnosis.

## Pricing

- Repairs are quoted only after the fault has been diagnosed.
- If a vacuum cannot be repaired, a flat **£20 diagnostic fee** is charged. Nothing more.
- Not liable for any pre-existing issues or damage.

## How a job goes

1. Drop off in Onchan, or arrange a pick-up across the Isle of Man (a small collection charge applies, depending on distance).
2. Strip-down and assessment — fault is identified.
3. Quote and fix. If parts are needed, the customer is contacted before any work proceeds.

A courtesy hoover is available to borrow while yours is in for repair, subject to availability — worth flagging when first getting in touch.
